Encounters between people while jogging. Two early morning joggers meet a bodybuilder while running, admire his muscles, and immediately take a liking to his core muscle. After the morning taste, the bodybuilder invites the two joggers to his gym. Once there, our two joggers complete a training program that differs somewhat from standard methods.
