Pon's wife Bun goes into labor and they rush off to the hospital. On the way the labor pains get worse so they decide to go to a local clinic for her to give birth. Once there they meet 2 nurses and Dr.Aree. They hear some screams in the background and it seems the 3 they have met are acting suspiciously. What is really going on there?
