In a lively neighborhood of Santiago, Chile, a lonely seventeen-year-old girl lives with her controlling mother, who knows that Isidora is secretly dating a girl but never speaks about it. During the hot summer days, although she never voices her discomfort, Isidora's mother still restrains the girls' timid attempts to see each other in private.
