14-year-old Leila is only supposed to have her tonsils operated on, a routine procedure. But when she wakes up from the anesthesia, she is suddenly blind. While the doctors are completely at a loss to explain how this could have happened, Leila's father Attila is beside himself. In his opinion, the doctors botched the operation. From day to day, he gets more and more involved in this thought and gets into a downward spiral that seems to have no end.
