From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia. Damon Martin is an American film producer, having served as Executive Producer on a dozen films since 2004. He is also the former President and Founder of Departure Studios, which has performed post-production audio services for approximately fifty independent feature films since the company's inception before being acquired by Black Satellite Records owner Ian Colhoun and re-named Black Satellite Sound Post. In 2007, Damon while still owner of Departure Studios, partnered with film financier Michael Roban CEO of Cold Fusion Media Group. Cold Fusion Media Group provides financing for independent films in the form of finishing funds, tax credits and rebates, and mezzanine lending to qualified motion picture productions.
