Biography

Tasos Zografos was born in Livadia in 1926. He came to Athens in 1940, lived through the war and the occupation. In '47 he enrolled at the School of Fine Arts, but did not attend due to the events of the Civil War. From '46 he began working in set design, never as a painter, never as a painter. During his years of exile in Makronissos he did set designs for many theatrical works.
