Biography

Junpei Matsumoto is a Japanese producer, director, and screenwriter from Nagasaki Prefecture. He made his directorial debut with "Mada, Ningen" (まだ、人間). He is also a published author, with his first novel being "Planets" (惑星たち), and a producer for the anime "Shadowverse" and "Shadowverse Flame. " He graduated from the Department of Architecture, Faculty of Engineering at the University of Tokyo for undergraduate and graduate education. During his studies, he was a student of Yoshimoto Sogo Performing Academy Tokyo School with the intention of becoming a comedian.
