Herschel Sparber is an American actor and voice actor born on October 18, 1943, in Kentucky. Standing notably tall at 6 feet 9 inches, he has had a diverse career in film, television, and theater. Sparber is known for his roles in movies such as "Osmosis Jones" (voice role), "A Goofy Movie," and "The Birdcage. " On television, he is recognized for playing President Jaresh-Inyo in "Star Trek: Deep Space Nine. " Beyond screen acting, he has performed on Broadway, notably as Big Jule in "Guys and Dolls" and appearing in the musical "City of Angels.
