

Biography
Elena Vyacheslavovna Demidova (Russian: Елена Вячеславовна Демидова; April 23, 1964, Orenburg — January 4, 2024, Moscow) was a Russian documentary filmmaker, screenwriter, producer, cinematographer. Member of the Union of Cinematographers of Russia, member of the Guild of Film Directors of Russia and the Guild of Non-fiction Films and Television of Russia. She graduated from the Bauman Moscow State Technical University with a degree in engineering, in 1997 she received a degree in history at Voronezh State University. In 2006, she successfully graduated from the Film School with a degree in "director". Later she became a member of the Union of Cinematographers of Russia, then a member of the Guild of Film Directors of Russia and a member of the Guild of Non-fiction Films and Television.
