Biography

R. S. Veira, born Raphael Sylvester Veira, is an author, filmmaker, orator, and self-proclaimed dreamer. Veira, the son of Jamaican parents, was raised in Cleveland, Ohio, and has been a storyteller for as long as he can remember. Featured in numerous news outlets, Veira co-founded Dream With Me Productions in 2018, where he brings films showcasing diverse voices to life.
