Biography

Frank DiCesare, founder of Oskar Films, was born in Quincy, Massachusetts and graduated from Stonehill College with a bachelor's degree in English. He also holds master's degrees in English and English Education from Seton Hall University and Boston University respectively. A veteran journalist, his work has appeared on PBS and in U. S. News & World Report, National Geographic Traveler, Forbes Travel Guide, The Boston Globe, The Dallas Morning News and many other publications.
