Biography

Ilya Rusak (born Iliasu Fonge Rusacov) is a Moldovan musician and actor. He was born in Chisinua, Moldova in 1991, and in 1998 he moved to the United States with his mother. At the time, LA Weekly published the article 40 Bucks and a Dream about their case. During his time in Los Angeles, he learned all aspects of street life, including problems with the police. In the music business, he is known professionally as Boulevard or BLVD.
