Biography

John Paul Safford is a writer, director, and cinematographer from Nashville. Currently based in St. Petersburg, Florida, JPS is a second-time writer/director with “Everything Must Be Okay. " His first film, "April," premiered at Fort Lauderdale International Film Festival in 2022. In between the two films, he played the role of cinematographer for several short films, a feature film, music videos, and commercial work.
