River Faught is an American actor who specializes in surreal, soul-baring roles—stories where pain simmers beneath the surface and the line between reality and madness is razor-thin. Born in Kansas City, Missouri, and raised in the secluded backwoods of Western Grove, Arkansas—his childhood shaped by the grit of working-class life. His mother, once a factory worker, became a beautician; his father put in long hours at a paper mill. After earning a criminology degree from Arkansas State University, Faught faced a life-altering moment that pushed him off the safe track.
