Biography

Under his Dogbear Pictures banner, Evan Howard spins surreal tales full of dark humour, social anxiety, and conversational confusion. Whether it's his Royal Academy of Art featured 'Mister Picnique'/'The Sunrise Bureau', or his experimental sitcom series 'Goodbye Weekend', expect misfits, misanthropes and mysticism all around. His 2025 short "Teddy Western Sings The Hits", made at the Northern Film School, was in competition at Bradford International Film Festival and is currently touring the festival circuit.
