Biography

Kevin Nguyen is a Vietnamese-Canadian actor born and raised in Vancouver, BC, on the unceded traditional territory of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh Nations. He first discovered his passion for acting in high school drama class, an elective he chose simply to make new friends. After a personal loss, Kevin made the life-changing decision to pursue the arts over a planned career in engineering. Since then, he has co-created and appeared in works across Canada, including in Edmonton, Regina, and Toronto. A graduate of Studio 58, Kevin was part of the 2022 Riotous Youth cohort at Bard on the Beach and received the Andree Karas Scholarship that same year.
