Goran Zivanovic is an Australian filmmaker, screenwriter, author, and educator recognized for his evocative and unsettling storytelling style. Born in Belgrade, Serbia, and moving to Australia at the age of two, Goran was raised in an environment where everyday reality often intertwined with strange, unexplained events—an influence that would later define much of his work. From a young age, he was captivated by stories that challenged boundaries and defied conventional notions of reality. Goran’s passion for storytelling led him to pursue formal education in film production, where he honed his screenwriting skills. Over the years, he has taught screenwriting at a formal film school, helping to shape the next generation of filmmakers.
