Biography

Michael V. E. "Misha" Glenny is an English journalist and broadcaster, specializing in southeast Europe, global organized crime, and cybersecurity. He has been Rector of the Institute for Human Sciences (IWM, Institut für die Wissenschaften vom Menschen) in Vienna, Austria since 2022. He is the son of Juliet Mary Crum and Michael Glenny, a Russian studies academic and translator.
