The phantom of the grand gymnasium

The owner of Lady Graciela's gym building asks her to vacate before the lease is up. However, Graciela refuses to do so. On top of that, the owner of the building gives Graciela a bottle with holy water because he claims there is a ghost inhabiting the place. German is not very convinced by this and discovers that 'the old fox' is behind the "paranormal" events that occur inside the place. Will he manage to unmask him?
