Regan and Boyd investigate an abandoned fuel tanker on the border. It could be a boobytrap bomb by dissident Republicans. Instead, they find the driver shot dead and two migrants hidden inside, one of whom is also dead. Regan and Boyd begin a manhunt for the people-traffickers responsible, uncovering a tangled web of political influence, family secrets and lies.
