Enjoying Vancouver's Variety

Catherine and Paul Newell are expecting their first child and looking for a larger home. They're currently in a two-bedroom, two-bath condo with an incredible wrap-around deck that overlooks the ocean. Now, they want a home with three to four bedrooms, a nice-sized yard and a location within walking distance to parks and other amenities.
