Young real estate agent Arielle dreams of starting her own house flipping business in Philadelphia and has enlisted her happy-go-lucky boyfriend Ryan as free labor to help her do it. With constant injuries and a never-ending cycle of construction issues, Arielle and Ryan start to question whether they are cut out to be house flippers.
