Wail of a Tale

Something in Dreary Swamp is wailing at night and it's keeping everyone in Fogville awake. The whole town is sleepy during the day and extra grumpy! And no one is more annoyed than Ivan Templeton who suspects it might be a supernatural creature and sets out to capture it.
